TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking Conditions

Names of all participants on the safari must be submitted at the time of booking and payments of deposit.
Bookings are confirmed only when a 25% non refundable deposit has been paid.
All safaris are to be fully paid 30 days prior to commencement. Provisional bookings can be held for only 30 days before commencement.
Safaris cancelled 30 days prior to commencement; the 25% deposit is forfeited.
Safaris cancelled 21-30 days prior to commencement will be subject to 50% cancellation fee.
Safaris cancelled 0-21 days prior to commencement will be subject to 100% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given in case of any no shows or where a person leaves a safari prior to its completion.

Liability and Responsibility

Ambula Safaris shall not be held responsible for deaths, injury, loss, and damage arising from any manner whatsoever.
Liability to passengers carried in any vehicles or the law of this country in which the safari takes place governs vessel owned by Ambula Safaris, and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the cause for action arises.
Ambula Safaris or its subcontractors reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person who endangers the well-being of any other participant.
Ambula Safaris reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or part of the service offered and in the event of such right being exercised, the terms set above shall apply.
We have immediate casualty evacuation to the nearest hospitality facility through the Medical Air Rescue Services (MARS).
All publicity distributed by Ambula Safaris has been lodged and approved by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority (ZTA) as being a fair and honest representation of the safari/tour and services offered. Ambula Safaris cannot be held responsible howsoever for any false claims and misrepresentation made on our behalf by third parties.
Ambula Safaris is fully insured in compliance with government requirements.
